Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the agent or agency using Quickreach) and Quickreach Systems FZE, a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority (License No. 45475). By using Quickreach, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Quickreach helps real estate professionals organize their leads and follow up with them on WhatsApp, including automated messages and first replies, and passes interested leads to you. The exact features and price of your plan are confirmed with you before you start.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You only give us leads who have agreed to be contacted by you on WhatsApp, and you can show where that agreement came from if asked.
  • You follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and the laws that apply to your work in the UAE, including advertising and data protection rules.
  • You keep your WhatsApp Business account and login details secure.
  • Property details, prices and offers you share with leads are your responsibility. Our automated replies do not give prices, availability or legal or financial advice. Those come from you.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Quickreach to send spam, misleading or illegal content, or to contact people who asked not to be contacted. We may pause your account if your use puts your number, other clients or our service at risk.

4. Fees and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, as agreed with you.
  • Fees charged by WhatsApp (Meta) for messages may be included in your plan or billed separately, as stated in your offer.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Third-party services

Quickreach depends on third parties such as WhatsApp (Meta) and our software providers. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes, including limits WhatsApp places on numbers or messages.

6. Your data

Your leads and conversations belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you leave, you can ask for a copy of your data.

7. No guaranteed results

We work to bring back as many leads as possible, but we cannot promise a specific number of replies, viewings or sales.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using Quickreach at any time. We may end or suspend the service if you seriously break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
