This policy explains how Quickreach Systems FZE ("Quickreach", "we", "us") handles personal data. We are a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority (License No. 45475), located at C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

1. Who this policy covers

  • Our clients: real estate agents and agencies who use Quickreach.
  • Our clients' leads: people who contacted our clients about property and whose details our clients share with us so we can follow up on their behalf.
  • Website visitors and anyone who messages us.

2. Our role

For our clients' leads, our client decides why and how the data is used, and we process it only on their instructions. Our client is responsible for having the lead's permission to be contacted. For our own clients and website visitors, we decide how the data is used.

3. What we collect

  • Client details: name, agency, phone number, email, WhatsApp Business account details and billing information.
  • Lead details provided by our clients: name, phone number, preferred language, the property or area they asked about, and where the lead came from.
  • Conversation data: WhatsApp messages sent and received through our service, and information a lead shares in them, such as area, budget, timeline and financing preference.
  • Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

4. How we use it

  • To send follow-up messages on our clients' behalf and answer replies.
  • To organize leads and pass interested leads to the right agent.
  • To provide, support, secure and improve our service.
  • To bill our clients and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use our clients' leads for our own marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers we need to run Quickreach, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive messages.
  • Our software, hosting and database providers.
  • AI service providers, to help understand and reply to messages. They may not use the data to train their models.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it as UAE law requires.

6. How long we keep it

We keep lead and conversation data while our client uses Quickreach. When a client leaves, we delete or return their data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Stop messages at any time: reply "STOP" or "إيقاف", or tap the stop button. You will not receive further follow-up messages.
  • You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, as allowed by UAE law.
  • If you are a lead, you can also contact the agent who has your details directly.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

9. Children

Quickreach is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
